Vibrac has released a new generation of cap torque test systems under the product name "Torqo II". This new line of cap measuring systems is designed to be more "user friendly" and features a large color touchscreen and an easy-to-use windows based operating system.

The Torqo II cap test system, which is the next generation of the very successful and well-known Torqo system, has a smaller footprint and completely updated electronic control system. "The Torqo II is the future of cap torque testing", said Robert Searle, Vice President of Research and Development with Vibrac, and the designer of the system. "With the Torqo II, it is now much easier for operators to program and select their test options, complete their tests, and manage the data. The system also features live data displayed numerically and graphically - as the test is being performed."

The Torqo II system has many optional features, including a child resistant cap capability, a quick- clamp bottle vise, multiple chuck design options, printer and/or PC connectivity, data analysis software, field calibration kit, key lockout ability, and multi-speed options.
