Fette Die Segments

Natoli have been working closely with Fette for the last two years to manufacture die table segments to support Fette tablet presses. Die table segments replace the entire standard die table surface plate on tablet press turrets; this design increases the number of die stations per table and can increase production by up to 25%.

By eliminating the need for dies and die lock screws, die table segments provide a whole new level of efficiency. In addition to higher speeds and greater longevity, die table segments minimize press downtime for refitting, resetting and cleaning. These segments are economic, because they can minimize product loss.
