Band Driers
Casburt Band Driers are designed for both food and chemical production. The drier has a continuous conveyor that transports product through the drying process. It is designed to be exceptionally versatile with flexible feeding and discharging arrangements depending on product treatment, site and attendant equipment. The drier is manufactured to a high standard to meet with your exact requirements.- Air recalculation fans are used to maximise thermal efficiency
- The drier can be fabricated from mild, galvanised or stainless steel
- The conveying surface can be manufactured from galvanised steel, all grades of stainless steel, tensioned porous fabric or woven wire
- All control systems are designed to suit your specific process
- The design supports a variety of heating mediums, gas, LPG/Propane, steam, electric and hot water, to provide the greatest possible flexibility for your installation
- The product is fed from oscillating conveyors or apron feeders
